We offer in-store and online shopping .

  1. Orders can only be placed after full payment.
  2. If an item is out of stock, it takes 5 to 10 business days to prepare your order.
  3. Most products are handmade and time-consuming.
  4. All fabrics are imported from Italy, Korea, and Japan.
  5. Our work is entirely custom-made, and we do not have mass production.
  6. Clothing sizes are based on the standard model size, covering several sizes. If desired, you can order items based on your body measurements.
  7. For plus-size orders, a new pattern fee will be charged.
  8. Payment options include cash, dollars, and PayPal.
  9. Shipping to Europe is also available.

  10. Items can be held for 24 hours with a deposit payment.

  11. Items are thoroughly inspected before shipping and are sent with a cover and by car to prevent any damage.

  12. Exchanges and returns are not available.

  13. For placing a custom order, a deposit payment alone is not accepted.

  14. Discounts and sales are not offered in any month of the year.

  15. Limited items are registered through pre-order.

  16. Gift cards are available in the amount you choose for gifting.

  17. All products must be dry cleaned as specified.

  18. All handmade items are crafted with high-quality materials.

  19. You can modify and order items with available fabrics and colors.
